Refund and Return Policy
Thank you for shopping at Klíma Stores. We strive to provide high-quality air conditioning systems and excellent customer service. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Returns
You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. You also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
Return Process
- Initiate the Return: Contact our customer support team at info@KlimaStores.hu to initiate the return process. Please provide your order number and the reason for the return.
- Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to return the item.
- Packaging the Item: Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.
- Shipping the Item: Ship the item to the address provided in the return authorization. You are responsible for paying the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the item reaches us.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@KlimaStores.hu.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Items that have been used or installed.
- Items that are not in their original packaging.
- Custom-made or special order items.
- Items returned more than 14 days after delivery.
Installation Services
If you are unsatisfied with the installation service, please contact us within 7 days of the installation date. We will assess the situation and take appropriate action to resolve the issue. Refunds for installation services are handled on a case-by-case basis.
Damaged Items
If you receive a damaged item, please contact us immediately at info@KlimaStores.hu. Provide photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will work with you to arrange for a replacement or refund.
Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. To cancel your order, please contact us at info@KlimaStores.hu. If the order has already been shipped, you will need to follow the return process outlined above.
